COHERA is the trading name currently used by Pascale Hopkins. COHERA respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We may collect information you provide through our enquiry form or by contacting us, including your name, organisation, work email, phone number, service interests, preferred contact method and details about your requirements. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to assess or respond to an enquiry if required details are not supplied.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess whether COHERA can assist, prepare proposals, communicate with you and manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

Our website uses FormSubmit to process and send enquiries to COHERA. Information may also be handled by website hosting, email, cloud-storage and other technology or professional service providers that support our business. Some providers may process or store information outside New Zealand. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary and may also disclose information where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose collected, legitimate business needs or legal obligations.

You may ask to access or correct personal information COHERA holds about you. You may also raise a privacy concern or complaint with our Privacy Officer, Pascale Hopkins, at hello@cohera.co.nz. We will acknowledge and assess the concern and work with you to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you are not satisfied with the response.
